"I do support your work, inventory, expand knowledge, all of which is outstanding! You installed the lock on my new, custom cut leaded oak door 45 years ago and both are still working great. When I needed new 2 new doors installed on the back of my house and needed new locks, of course I came to you for those locks and installation, I came to you. You even keyed the new locks to the same key on the old front door. When one of them was sticking a bit, yall came to adjust it at no charge. You have in business forever all of this is why."
